 We found the perfect house, the perfect neighborhood, the School District we desired but the home was in horrible condition.  It was a one story brick with a 2 car attached garage and a full basement.  Everything we wanted except the deplorable condition the prior tenants left the place.  American Servicing totally gutted the basement, rebuilt the foundation (with 10 year Warranty), added 2 bedrooms and a full bath.  They also remodeled the kitchen, fixed all the plumbing, installed new carpet throughout.  They even painted the entire interior to our liking.  All the work was excellent and was finished on the exact day they said it would be done.  Their sister company processed our mortgage loan while the construction was performed and was finished prior to our closing.    --Jim and Lisa Siebenaller
