American Servicing Corporation is your source for quality wholesale properties in your market.  We are experts at finding and acquiring properties under market value and then passing them on to local investors.  Our team will take care of the negotiation and acquisition of the collateral and deliver to you a property with a clear title policy, current photos, and an automated value report.  Here’s how our process works:

Our team scours the marketplace and uses our proprietary sources to identify opportunities.

We will send out a representative to look over the property and identify any major deficiencies

We will order a title exam to confirm clear title, we will personally take pictures of front, rear, street scene and interior pictures for your review.

Our team will reach out to our database of investors and offer you the right to do a ONE TIME SEALED BID, the bidding period will be 48 hours from the time of notice of availability.

The highest investor bid will be awarded at the 49th hour.  In the event that 2 bids are the same, we will then give you 24 hours to give your HIGHEST AND BEST BID.

Time is of the essence, must be a cash closing within 5 days of acceptance.
