American Servicing will purchase a home that you pick out that needs remodeled and complete the remodel prior to you closing your home loan. Yes we will purchase the home that you have found in your new home search, do the necessary repairs or complete any re-construction that you may want completed prior to closing.

You call American Servicing and say, “I love the house, love the location, love the yard but want all the items completed prior to close”. You also tell us that you do not have a problem with the starting price of $110,000 nor do you have a problem with the $40,000 in repairs. So the total purchase price will be $150,000 with all the repairs completed prior to close. You save $50,000 off the completed value and you get to pick out the items for repair.

We will then install the items while your loan is being processed and complete the reconstruction prior to your loan closing. You walk through the home once completed to give the OK to close.
